Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.

If you receive a faulty item, we will happily issue a replacement once the item has been returned and the fault is confirmed. ANÉYA Collective will cover all return shipping costs in this case.


What should I do if my item is faulty?

Please contact us at ANEYACollective@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once assessed and approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.


Can I wear my jewellery in water?

All ANÉYA pieces are crafted on a stainless steel base and plated with 18k gold, making them water-resistant. However, to preserve their finish and longevity, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming or showering.


How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, moisturisers, and harsh chemicals

  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising

  • Gently clean with a soft microfibre cloth

  • Store in your ANÉYA travel pouch when not in use


Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. All ANÉYA jewellery is crafted with hypoallergenic materials suitable for most sensitive ears and skin.


Do you offer gift packaging?

Every order comes in our signature ANÉYA packaging, perfect for gifting or safekeeping. If you're sending a gift, you may include a personalised note at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping from our studio in Brisbane, Australia. Shipping options and timeframes will be shown at checkout.
