Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At ANÉYA Collective, each piece is crafted with care and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. We want you to love your jewellery — and we stand by its quality.

Earrings – Final Sale

Due to hygiene reasons, all earring purchases are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on earrings unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at ANEYACollective@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Once the item is returned and the fault is confirmed, we will happily issue a replacement. In this case, all return shipping costs will be covered by ANÉYA Collective.

Please note: Items damaged due to general wear and tear, improper storage, or failure to follow our care instructions are not considered faulty.
